Palaces and Fine Wines

From foggy Scottish Moors to the sunlight vistas of Greece. From the sparkling beauty of Paris at night to the sweet aromas of a Tuscan Vineyard. Europe offers a broad range of experiences for people looking for adventure, culture, excitement, or relaxation. With forty-five countries, twenty-two languages, and a massive, complex train system connecting them all, Europe can be a bit daunting for new and old travelers alike. Having a travel agent that knows the lay of the land can be essential for getting the most out of any European vacation. We have close family in Berlin, so we visit Europe often, and we try to experience a new destination every time.

So, whether you want to relax on a beach in Mallorca for three weeks or do a marathon whirlwind tour of every historic site in Italy, you can rest easier knowing that you have an experienced agent working to find what will work best with your time, budget, style, and goals on your next European trip.

London

Imagine looking over the Thames in a beautifully appointed room, a large tray of biscuits (cookies), and perfectly prepared tea during a real English teatime. Or be led by a Beefeater in their flamboyant costumes around the Tower of London, and hear the gruesome histories contained therein. See the Windsor Palace where the royal family resides or see a performance in Shakespeare’s Globe Theater. Take a day trip out of the city to see the Roman baths in the aptly named town of Bath, or the mysterious pillars of Stonehenge. London is a thriving location with so much to see and do, you’ll want to visit again and again.

Rome

The ancient city of Rome, seat of power for the Roman Empire and the Catholic Church. Because of its long, deep history, the city has no end to things to do, or places to explore. The ancient world is revealed in the ruins of the Pantheon, Roman Forum, and Coliseum. The art of the masters on display in the sculptures around the city and within the Vatican. But there is not just art and culture to enjoy, take in the scents and tastes of Italy in the world-renowned restaurants throughout the city, or learn to make it yourself with a cooking course taught by a real Italian Nonna. You could easily spend a week in Rome and find yourself wishing for more.
